Shipping Policy


1. HANDLING TIME

Order Processing (Handling Time) usually takes a few days after receiving your order confirmation email. Details of processing time for different product types are listed in the table below. A “business day” is considered any day Monday – Friday and does not include public holidays and weekends.

Our average handling time is 2–4 business days*.

2. TRANSIT TIME & DELIVERY TIME

In general, this is the estimated transit time by the corresponding shipping carrier to different locations:

  • Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Estimated Transit Time

3. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on all orders.


4. ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive either a confirmation email or a tracking link, please re-check your email, including your SPAM/JUNK folder. If your order is past the estimated arrival date, please contact us and we will assist you.


5. CUSTOMS RULES

Orders being shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs or duty fees. These fees are governmental charges and are not collected by TeesParadize. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.

Please note:

  • International shipping times are not guaranteed

  • Customs clearance may delay delivery beyond estimated shipping times

  • Delays caused by customs are beyond our control

To ensure efficient international delivery:

  • Provide a valid local phone number and email address

  • Ensure payment, billing, and shipping details are complete and accurate

  • Check your country’s import requirements with local customs authorities
