This wizard frog mug is for anyone who does their best thinking before the first sip kicks in. A wide-eyed frog in a starry blue robe leans on his staff in a patch of red toadstools, and the caption sums up his entire plan for the day: In The Pond I Be Ponderin.

The Design

The illustration is drawn in thick, cartoon outlines with saturated colour: a cobalt hat and cloak sprinkled with yellow stars, a lime-green frog, spotted red and orange mushrooms, and a bright grass backdrop. Bold black lettering sits above and below the art, so the joke reads clearly from across a desk. The design is printed on both sides of the mug, so it shows whichever hand you drink with.

Made For

A wizard frog mug suits frog collectors, tabletop RPG players, cottagecore fans and anyone who enjoys a bit of silly fantasy with their coffee. It also makes an easy pick for a coworker who always seems lost in thought, a Secret Santa swap, or a birthday for a friend who already owns every other frog item. The red caps on the art are fly agaric, the classic storybook toadstool.

Questions Buyers Ask

Is the frog printed on both sides? Yes. The full illustration and caption appear on both sides of the mug, so right- and left-handed drinkers see the design.
Will the bright colours fade in the dishwasher? The print is made to handle the dishwasher and microwave. Hand washing will keep the colours looking new for longer.
